Quality Rental has a long history of giving to charity and community.  We continually try to be as generous as possible.  Nonetheless, we receive thousands of donation requests per year and simply can not take them all.  If you would like to request a donation or sponsorship please be sure to do it in advance.  Download our donation request form below and mail or fax it to us with the relevant information.

Reserving

How do I reserve items for the date of my event?

An order can be placed over the phone, or in person at either of our locations.  A driver's license and security deposit are needed for reservations.

How far in advance do I need to reserve an order?

We reccomend reserving your item as soon as you know what is desired due to a first come first serve policy.  Our busiest months are from May - October.  You may reserve the maximum amount of items necessary, and then bring your counts down as the event planning develops.

If I reserve items and later cancel an order, will my deposit be refunded?

Once an order is reserved, the items become unavailable for other customers.  For this reason, cancelled reservations lose their security deposit.

Delivery / Setup

When will my items be delivered?

We typically deliver 1-2 days prior to an event.  We typically request a 4 hour window between 8AM - 5PM for delivery due to time constraints.  There may or may not be an additional fee for delivery at a specified time, on Sundays, or after normal hours of operation.  We will do our best to accomodate your needs. 

What is included in a delivery charge?

Delivery is available anywhere in New England. Round-trip charges are based on destination point and assume first-floor delivery during normal business hours.  Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack all items in a mutually agreed-upon place on delivery, but we can also help you with setup (setup and breakdown is available for an additional fee). Just let us know!

Who is responsible for setting up event items?

Typically, the customer is responsible for setting up event items such as linens, chairs, place settings, and equipment.  Tent setup is included in the cost of each tent.  Quality Rental would be happy to help you set up and arrange your other items for a service fee.

Tents

What months are tents available  for my event?

Our tent season ranges from April 1st to October 31st.  We do not typically set up certain styles of our tents November - March due to cold weather which can damage the tent canvas.

Are sides and liners available for my tent?

We carry sides and liners for many of our tents and provide installation for you.  Canopies do not have the appropriate design to accomodate these items.

What type of lighting is available for evening events?

We carry perimeter and chandelier lighting in many different styles.  We have experienced party consultants to help you plan out an evening event.

Rental Policy

What is damage waiver?

Damage waiver is an insurance option available to you that covers accidental damage (ex broken dinnerware, stained linens, damaged equipement).  Damage waiver does not cover lost items.

What is the purpose of a security deposit?

A security deposit is an additional charge above the rental which is held until items are returned.  When items are returned properly, the charge is returned to the cutomer.  A non refundable security deposit is also used during reservations to hold items.

When can I pick up my rental order?

Rental orders are typically ready for pickup the day before an event.  We charge a one day rental fee and you may still pick up the items the day before and return them the day after.

What do I need to do to equipment prior to returning?

Rental Equipment like glassware and dishware needs to be hot water rinsed before return.  Concession machines should be wiped clean.  Linens can be placed in the provided mesh bag as long as they are dry. No washing is needed for linen as each material has a unique process to go through.
