Rental Terms & Policies
- PRICES
Prices quoted over the phone do not include delivery or pick-up charges. The charge for services varies upon location and other logistics and/or time restrictions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- PAYMENT TERMS
A security deposit is required on all reservations and orders. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due 10 working days prior to your rental if payment will be in personal check form. If it is not possible to get a check to us 10 days prior to the rental - a certified check, bank check, cash, or credit card - will be accepted upon store pickup or delivery.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
1 - 21 days prior to the rental... 50% of the cost of the order will be charged. The policy may vary per contract. If so, the new policy will be clearly stated on the bottom of each contract, making the standard policy void.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE RENTAL.
- DELIVERY, SETUP, PICKUP
Are available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Any early morning, late evening, or Sunday deliveries or pickups can be arranged, incurring an additional fee which varies according to time, location, labor, and size of order.
- All deliveries are to be given a 4 hour minimum time range in which to arrive.
- Standard delivery fee includes dropping the rental off to one ground floor location.
- Public or multi-level building deliveries may include an additional charge.
- The customer must be on site at the time of setup and to be reached for questioning anytime thereafter. Quality Rental is not responsible for decisions made in the customer's absence.
- Equipment not ready for pickup when scheduled will be subject to one-half the rental fee each additional day, plus additional return and pickup charges.
- Equipment must be protected from the weather from time of delivery to time of pickup.
- WEATHER, ACTS OF GOD, OR UNSEEN COMPLICATIONS ARE UNPREDICTABLE
Quality Rental is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional labor needed to rectify a situation due to inclement weather, acts of God, or unseen complications.
o$45.00 per man hour will be charged for any delay in being able to deliver, setup, or pickup of an order.
- CHECKING ORDER
The customer is required to check over order carefully BEFORE & AFTER use. Contact Quality Rental immediately for repair or replacement. No claims can be honored after the rental. It is the customer's responsibility to read over the contract before signing to assure that the quantities and price stated are correct. Quality Rental is not responsible for any items that do not appear on the order, once the order has been signed.
- A charge will be imposed to repair or replace any item due to abuse, loss, misuse, overload, or negligence.
ONE DAY RENTAL POLICY:
Monday - Friday, 24 Hour Rental
Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Saturday pick-up between 3:00 PM & 5:00 PM and returned Monday by 9:00 AM
